A Little to the Left

A Little to the Left hands you a messy drawer, a crooked stack of books, or a shelf of mismatched jars, and the entire game is just nudging things into place — except a cat keeps wandering through and undoing exactly what you just finished.

Sorting and Stacking in A Little to the Left

Each puzzle in A Little to the Left drops the player into a small, cluttered scene and asks for nothing more complicated than dragging objects into an arrangement that feels right — books by color, jars by height, cutlery back into a drawer. The catch is that “feels right” often has more than one valid answer, and the game accepts several different tidy arrangements rather than locking every puzzle to one exact solution.

The mischievous cat woven through the game isn’t just flavor text. It actively wanders into scenes and disrupts what’s already been organized, turning a few puzzles into a small loop of tidy, get interrupted, and tidy again rather than a single clean pass.

New players sometimes rush toward the first arrangement that looks plausible and miss that the game rewards noticing smaller details — a label facing the wrong way, an object one size out of sequence — before it accepts the solution as finished.

Over One Hundred Puzzles Plus a Daily Delivery

The base game ships with more than one hundred unique puzzles, each built around its own small domestic scene rather than reusing the same objects with new skins. On top of that, the Daily Tidy Delivery generates a new puzzle every day, giving players a reason to come back even after the main puzzle set is finished.

An expansion called Cupboards and Drawers added a further set of puzzles built around the same organizing logic, extending the household spaces the game pulls scenes from beyond what shipped at launch.

Does A Little to the Left have more than one correct answer per puzzle?

Many puzzles do accept multiple valid arrangements rather than a single fixed solution, which is part of why the game feels forgiving compared to a stricter logic puzzle.

What is the Daily Tidy Delivery?

A new puzzle generated once per day, separate from the over one hundred puzzles in the main game, giving players a reason to return after finishing the core content.

A Little to the Left works because tidying a drawer or straightening a stack of books is satisfying on its own, and the cat that keeps wandering back through to mess with your work is the one part of the game that refuses to stay tidy no matter how carefully you’ve arranged everything else.
